We are seeking qualified candidates who are highly dependable, upbeat, and positive team players. Position requires an extremely detail-oriented individual who can manage a very fast- paced office environment. Excellent written and communication skills are essential. Problem solving capabilities, telephone and customer service skills, basic computer skills, and consummateprofessionalism are required. Management and administrative experience are stronglyrecommended. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent by start date.

Janitor

We are seeking qualified candidates who are highly dependable, energetic, and positive team players. Position requires a very organized and efficient individual who can multitask in a physically demanding outdoors environment. Excellent communication and mechanical skills are essential. Basic working knowledge of structural maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and cleaning supplies is highly recommended. Custodial, groundskeeper, or special events/stadium upkeep experience is also recommended. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent by start date.

Sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning all areas of the facility Cleaning and restocking restrooms

PRODUCTION STAGE MANAGER

A.    Basic Functions

The Production Stage Manager shall be the chief assistant to the Director and Producer.  In the absence of the Director, the PSM shall conduct rehearsals and performances.  During the rehearsals the PSM shall assist the Director in mounting the production, and in such creative details as shall be assigned by the Director.  The PSM shall also be responsible for the recording of all actions, reactions, and technical decisions made during rehearsals.  The PSM is nominal head of production during performances of the play, and will be responsible for the maintenance of records regarding attendance of company members, infringements of rules, departmental failures and corrections taken.  The PSM is responsible for coordinating the actions of the company and for the timely operation of the production within the parameters and directorial instructions established in rehearsal.  The PSM shall additionally be responsible for maintaining the artistic integrity of the production throughout the season.

B.     Organizational Relationships

  1. Framework of operation.

The Production Stage Manager is responsible to the Director and, in their absence, to the Producer/Artistic Director.

C.    Specific Responsibilities

  1. Management responsibilities.
  1. To coordinate with the department heads, and to have prepared plots established for the show at the earliest possible time.  These plots will include, but are not restricted to; hand and set props needed for each scene, costumes required and change of costumes by act and scene, horses used by act and scene and riders assigned and all wig and makeup specifications for same.
  • To see that subordinates are delegated adequate authority and means to carry out their responsibilities and objectives, but that appropriate limitations of their authority are defined in writing and clearly understood.
  • To maintain a prompt book which will include, but not be limited to, a list of plots: all stage directions for actors: company names, addresses and telephone numbers; sound, music, light and props cues; a schedule of rehearsals; playing times of scenes, acts and intermissions during rehearsals and the production; a detailed report of all accidents.
  1. Production responsibilities.
  1. To insure the standards of performance are met each evening of the play through pre-show inspections and assignments, check-off lists, reports, and special preparations, and through calling the show while it is in production.
  • To assist in the development, maintenance and administration of a sound plan for efficient operations and communications; to recommend the initiation, control, and approval of the addition, modification or elimination of any major policies affecting the production company or other amenities to the theatre complex.
  • To maintain the artistic integrity of the production in accordance with the wishes of the Director and Producer/Artistic Director.
  1. Organizational responsibilities

To assist in the development, maintenance and administration of a sound plan for efficient operations and communications; to recommend the initiation, control and approval of the addition, modification or elimination of any major policies affecting the production company or other amenities to the theatre complex.

D.    Authority

The Production Stage Manager is authorized to take any responsible action necessary to carry out delegated responsibilities so long as such action does not deviate from established policies and procedures of the Production Company as defined herein, or with the Company Policy Manual, or with the Equity Rule Book, or conflict with sound business judgment.

E.     Miscellaneous

The Production Stage Manager will accept such other assignments to additional duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Producer/Artistic Director, so long as such duties are in keeping with the policies and practices of the Production Company.
